"As we wanted to reach younger customers, we were looking for a tool that would allow us to present our products quickly, effectively and in a modern way."
Meble Olejnikowski is a family business. The company has a large furniture factory, which is invariably characterized by high quality workmanship. Modern machines and extensive technological facilities make it possible to manufacture products of competitive price and high quality.
In order to meet trends, the company has extended its offer to include innovative modular furniture, under the name Tetris, which can be manufactured to individual specifications.
Our project involved the creation of a configurator that the company's customers use directly from the website. Thanks to this tool, they receive a quick quote, and the company's production department receives the exact specification needed to complete the order.

We try our best to understand your key needs and share our experience.
We launch a test system as soon as possible to collect feedback and train users.
We configure the solution, feed it with product data and ensure it matches the company's offer.
We integrate the solution with the client's website and take care of the system until its full production launch.
The need to develop the configurator on a tight schedule, in order to launch it just before a trade fair where Tetris furniture was presented was a challenge in this project. Thanks to the possibility to use ready-made components of the EXSO+ platform and the mobilisation of our entire team, we managed to successfully complete the project within the required deadline.
The application is based on basic modules of the EXSO+ platform, which have been supplemented with a developed version of software supporting advanced 3D visualisation.

Technologies used in the project:
The developed configurator allows independent definition of any piece of furniture, based on components and parameters entered into the system. The customer can change, for example, the size of the shelf, number of segments, their colour and type of filling (e.g. shelf, drawer, etc.), and the use of 3D models allows him to see exactly the furniture he is interested in. Finally, the order specification is generated in the form of PDF files, which are used during production.
Ability to familiarise customers with the features of the furniture without having to visit the showroom.
Intuitive use of the configurator and simplicity of interaction with the system user interface.
Reflecting the high quality of the products through their faithful visualisation.
Opportunity to present a complete product range within a single tool.
