"Unable to find software on the market that was suitable for our specific needs, we turned to EXSO for help in developing such a system. It was important for us to master the processes related both to the flow of materials and the management of assembly teams. Thanks to the system developed and implemented, we were able to reduce losses due to human errors and improve the efficiency of the management of our projects."
ELVB AB is a thriving Swedish company operating in the construction industry. It deals with construction and renovation of houses and flats. In addition to general construction work, it offers services in the field of electrical and plumbing installations. Due to its dynamic growth, the company turned to EXSO for help in developing and implementing a system that would streamline its operations.
The basic challenge of our new client was to control a large turnover of materials and to manage the work of specialists on many parallel projects. It was expected that all project information would always be available on-line, both in the office and on construction sites, which would allow for better control of the works and quick settlement of accounts.

We try our best to understand your key needs and share our experience.
We launch a test system as soon as possible to collect feedback and train users.
We configure the solution, feed it with data and build interfaces with other systems.
We ensure the continuity of the system and build new components together.
One of the most interesting challenges in the project was the integration with wholesalers of building materials, so that from the level of the delivered system it is possible to check in which wholesaler and at what prices the required goods can be found, and after their purchase - to quickly digitalize the documents necessary for the purchase transaction.
In the project, we used the EXSO+ platform extended with integration mechanisms and dedicated functionalities related to human resources management. Due to the requirements of the company's field workers, all system screens were adjusted to work on tablets.

Technologies used in the project:
In the course of the project, an IT system based on the EXSO+ platform was built, in which several interesting solutions were used. Several virtual warehouses were set up to record the flow of materials and equipment. The transfer operations between the company's warehouses and construction sites were automated to the highest degree possible. As a result, the exact location of a given material or piece of equipment is known from the moment of purchase to its installation on site.
Assembly and service work is also digitised. All tasks commissioned by the client are planned and monitored in the service module. Thanks to this, the company's field employees have an overview of all orders assigned to them, while the administration department has detailed information on the execution of work - who, where, when and what was performed.
Using proven and customized IT solutions to optimize and organize processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
Enabling the business to scale without having to significantly expand the company's team of employees.
Streamline and organize cooperation with suppliers of materials and equipment, and optimize logistics processes.
Reducing the number of errors occurring during project execution, leading to cost savings associated with error rectification.
