- Through voluntarily entered data in the forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
- Through the recording of cookies (so-called "cookies") in the end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator

a. The login and entry points for personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
b. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hash function works unidirectionally - it is not possible to reverse it, which is now the modern standard for storing user passwords.
c. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
d. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

a. In order to fulfil its obligations under the data protection legislation and to ensure real data protection, the Operator has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

d. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary for the performance of the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
e. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to personal data concerning you;
- rectification;
- deletion;
- restriction of processing;
- and data portability.
f. You have the right to object, with regard to the processing indicated in point 4.3, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right to object will not be exercisable where there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.
g. You have the right to file a complain against the Administrator's actions to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
h. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
i. Activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and in order for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
j. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

a. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such were provided.
b. The service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
c. The website may, in some cases, save information to help associate the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user's e-mail address shall appear inside the url of the page containing the form.

7. Important marketing techniques

a. The operator uses statistical analysis of the website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, but transfers only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device.
