


The company Purity-Technical Brushes has been engaged in the production and regeneration of technical brushes since 1998. In the company's offer you can find, among other things, disc brushes, slat brushes, roller brushes or rotary brushes.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE - development and implementation of a system that will enable fast and comprehensive sales service: from registering a potential customer, through valuation of works and materials, creating an offer with a presented 3D brush, generating a technical drawing for production, to tracking the execution of the order and easy invoicing, thanks to integration with the existing accounting system.
PROJECT OUTCOME - The system implemented by EXSO includes modules that facilitate customer service and allow comprehensive recording of every event - from the creation of an individual offer to the shipment of the finished product.

The biggest challenge in this project was generating 3D visualizations for different types of brushes, depending on the set parameters. The number of combinations of input data, affecting the spatial layout of the product, greatly complicated the generation of an object that should be presentable in a few seconds.

An additional technical issue was the generation of precise technical projections with dimensioning. These projections form part of the printed quotation to the customer and the basis of technical documentation for production.
Another challenge was to integrate with CNC machines by providing them with a batch file containing a schematic of the hole positions to be made in DXF format. To do this, a mechanism had to be implemented to map the 3D object to a 2D drawing of the holes.


We analyze current processes, identify challenges and share proven solutions. This ensures that we build a system from the beginning that truly meets the needs.
Using the EXSO+ platform, we build a prototype system for validation on real data. This allows us to quickly gather feedback and train the team before full implementation.
We configure the system parameters for real processes, migrate business data and create functionalities tailored to the unique requirements of the organization.
We connect the EXSO platform to the tools you use - we ensure seamless data synchronization without manually rewriting information between systems.

The solution was built based on the EXSO+ platform, extended with the necessary mechanisms related to offer and production management. The Three.js library was used to generate 3D objects.

The configurator of technical brushes is a tool that allows you to enter many of parameters, such as length, width, shape, type, diameter, density, distribution, or bristle hardness, and then to price the finished product.
The programme checks the conformity of the brush design with the actual possibility of its production. When all parameters are correctly completed, it creates a 3D model presenting the brush and a technical drawing in DXF format with the location of holes on the brush, which is used in the production process to drill them.
