"The EXSO system has improved the process of building offers for customers. Thanks to the application, accurate cost calculations are created, and extensive 3D printouts and visualisations of products are generated. Its further development has allowed us to integrate quoting with production, which has streamlined and organised the work of this department."
The company Czystość-Szczotki Techniczne has been manufacturing and regenerating technical brushes since 1998. The company's offer includes, among others, disc, strip, roller or rotary brushes.
The aim of our project was to develop and implement a system that would enable quick and comprehensive sales service: from registering a potential customer, through pricing works and sending an offer with a graphically presented brush, generating a technical drawing for the needs of production, to tracking the realisation of the order and easy invoicing thanks to integration with the existing accounting system.
The system implemented in Czystość-Szczotki Techniczne contains modules that facilitate customer service and allow comprehensive registration of each event - from the moment of creating an individual offer to shipment of the finished product.

We try our best to understand your key needs and share our experience.
We launch a test system as soon as possible to collect feedback and train users.
We configure the solution, extend it with dedicated functionalities and feed it with data.
We build interfaces with other systems and ensure the continuity of our solution.
The biggest challenge in this project was to generate 3D visualisations for different types of brushes, depending on the given parameters. The number of combinations of input data, affecting the spatial layout of the product, greatly complicated the generation of an object that should be presentable within a few seconds.
An additional technical issue was the generation of precise technical views with dimensioning. These projections are part of the printout of the offer for the customer and the basis for the technical documentation for production.
Another challenge was the integration with CNC machines, which required a batch file containing the position diagram of the holes to be drilled in DXF format. In order to do this, it was necessary to implement a mechanism for mapping the 3D object to the 2D drawing of the holes.
The solution was built based on the EXSO+ platform, extended with the necessary mechanisms related to offer and production management. The Three.js library was used to generate 3D objects.

The configurator of technical brushes is a tool that allows you to enter many of parameters, such as length, width, shape, type, diameter, density, distribution, or bristle hardness, and then to price the finished product.
The programme checks the conformity of the brush design with the actual possibility of its production. When all parameters are correctly completed, it creates a 3D model presenting the brush and a technical drawing in DXF format with the location of holes on the brush, which is used in the production process to drill them.
Increase sales effectiveness by speeding up the bidding process.
Automation of the order handling process and traceability of order status.
The utilization of 3D visualization ensures precise and visually captivating offers.
Support for invoice generation through integration with a previously implemented accounting system.
