2023 - what year was that?
It's great to end the year with the knowledge that you did a great job. We feel just that way. There was a lot going on - growing our product and customer base, developing our team and its ambitions. Most wish list items ticked off!
The year 2023 was extremely successful for our company. Thanks to the commitment of the entire team to the implementation of the product development and customer relations strategy, we managed to achieve (and even exceed) most of the planned goals. We are bigger, stronger and even more in tune - that's really something!
Super team
One of the goals was to expand our corporate family with talented professionals - people who are highly competent, but also share our passion for what we do. In the past year, our team has grown by as much as 50%! Those who know Wroclaw know that finding IT people in this highly competitive market is extremely difficult. In the meantime, many "young wolves" - magicians who can do seemingly impossible things - have joined us and have fit perfectly into our team. Effective onboarding plus their talents quickly bore fruit in the creative development of our projects.
The past year was also particularly focused on building team spirit. We managed to spend a lot of time with each other outside of work as well. There were trips to the mountains and sailing, company training sessions and family gatherings. Each of these gave us another opportunity to discover shared values and new ideas on how we should develop our company.
Valuable relationships
There is a reason why we say that the success of a company is also the success of our clients. Every company we help is a field of ambitious realizations for us, and the effects of our efforts are felt by both parties. This year we managed to win more clients, which makes us very happy. We are even more pleased that we have retained customers from previous years. Lasting and mutually satisfying relationships in business are an increasing rarity today. Although we develop systems based on artificial intelligence, we interact with our customers personally and with full commitment.
The last twelve months have also been a period of foreign expansion. Our market analysis told us to focus primarily on the Scandinavian countries, and this was a good move. We have found niches there that are ideal for us and interested customers. Our business partners and Polish and foreign business support organizations have helped us in exploring opportunities - getting to know these people and working together with them has been (and continues to be) a fantastic experience for us.
Life balance
Despite initial temptations, we decided after the end of the pandemic not to stay completely in remote work mode, but to combine home office and office activities. However, we redefined its role. It became more of a place for integration and development than just daily work. Changing the appearance, enlarging the meeting and interaction space has made it more of a home today. What's more - an open house, because we also invite friendly companies to our coworking space. It's such a center of the universe, around which we orbit each in our own orbit, making sure to regularly dock at.... coffee together!
Summarizing the past year, we can proudly say that our efforts have yielded concrete results. New clients, an expanded team and an exceptional atmosphere are just some of the successes we have achieved. However, this is not the end of our ambitions and dreams - we are already planning specific challenges for 2024. Before it begins in earnest, however, we want to thank all our employees, customers and partners sincerely for their commitment and joint work. Thanks to you, this year was not only successful, but also extremely inspiring. With people like this, we will get wherever our dreams take us!
